At only 440 grams for this regular rectangle version packs an R-Value rating of 5.4 which is great for all four season use including extremely cold snow camping. Saying that it's also great for spring and summer use so it won't be sitting in the cupboard for half the year.
Nemo achieved this incredible warmth for the ultralight weight by combining unique baffle design to limit air movement and "Thermal Mirror" which is a metal film on the inside of the mat. This film is not noisy either as it is soft and supple so it won't wake you up when your roll over.
